Client Services Executive

You will be part of a close-knit team of Client Service professionals providing a high level of administrative support to financial planners with duties including (but not limited to):

 

  • providing a broad range of administrative and clerical support to a team of financial advisers;

  • ensuring the effective flow of communication between clients and the business;

  • striving for high levels of client service and satisfaction;

  • handling all the administrative aspects associated with the implementation of advice.  This includes the paperwork associated with a variety of platforms, the administration for self-managed superannuation funds and share trading;

  • preparation of client reports;

  • responding to client queries and liaising with third parties in respect of clients’ accounts; and

  • handling miscellaneous requests from advisers and requests for assistance from other staff with good grace and humour! 

 

The applicant we are seeking would possess the following:

  • have an interest in Financial Planning

  • strong administrative skills: calendar and inbox management a must!

  • resilience and strong organisational skills to balance a high-volume workload and competing priorities; 

  • effective time management

  • high level numeracy

  • high attention to detail

  • Microsoft Office Applications knowledge

  • motivation and ambition, and committed to achieve team goals; 

  • excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills;

  • a high level of professionalism - face to face, over the phone and through correspondence.
